Once again you’ve inspired me and the words God has given you have filled me up with hope.

I too believe we will soon see God’s spirit and gifts poured out over His people in a way that will astound the world. I will pray that I can be trusted with what He wants to give me.

The question you pose is a great one…and a slightly daunting one! Do I have full integrity? Am I really sold out for The Cause, or am I sold out for my own name? Really, why am I in this….for my glory or His?

If I really pause and meditate seriously on those questions, the answer is humbling…

For me that means, not presuming to rule the world someday. It sounds silly, but so much of the way I act can be a subtle way of setting myself up to be important and admired.

That’s not faithfulness. Somehow–beyond mere lip service–I need to honestly credit God with the goodness in my life.

this one really touched me. Can I be trusted what God has given me?? In some areas yes in others no. this will definitly be on my heart as the year comes to an end and look forward to 2009 I want God to trust me with more for 2009!!

It sure made me do some soul searching of my own. I’ve been praying this prayer over the last year and a half that helps me stay focused on what the Lord wants.
” Lord I want to see what you see, hear what you hear, think what you think, imagine what you imagine, feel what you feel and speak what you speak”. If I can be found to be trustworthy in those things to the point that it is expressed in my stewardship then I hope to hear the Lord say well done.
