2009-The Year of Fulfillment

Prophetic word received for the Body of Christ.

This will be the year of fulfillment says the Lord.  For the plans and desires that you  have held close to your heart will be fulfilled.

  • The goals and ministries that you have desired will be fulfilled.
  • The lost that you have prayed for, their salvation will be fulfilled.

For I am a God that keep His promises, and I am a God that will not be mocked says the Lord.  Believe in fulfillment, believe that you are being filled with more of  My Spirit, anointing and power, and it shall be done.

This word will give hope to those that have lost hope in their dream.  I do not let dreams die, the enemy does.  Let your dreams live, and see them fulfilled this year. Don´t ever lose hope, stand firm on the promise.

My word will accomplish that for which it was sent.

Music will take on a new dimension.  To those that have desired for deeper, meaningful songs, I will open up the scriptures and birth within them a new song.

To those that have longed to write for my glory, I will put a new pen in their hands and I will guide them to write my stories, my novels.   My name will be exalted and I will pull down what the enemy has accomplished in the writing world.  I will birth new novels, new ideas, more creativity.  I will cause an explosion of writers to come forth.

The Table is Prepared

Christmas Dinner
Christmas Dinner

Matthew 22:2 -4   “The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a marriage for his son, “and sent out his servants to call those who were invited to the wedding; and they were not willing to come.  ”Again, he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “See, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and fatted cattle are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the wedding.”‘

For several weeks we had been planning our  Christmas Dinner, and invited many family members. We were busy preparing, planning the menu and making sure the house and yard were in perfect condition.

While the dinner itself was a success, not everyone arrived.  There were excuses, and hearing the excuses I was reminded of the parable mentioned above.

It was our desire to not only open up our home and feed the family, but  to feed them the word of God and to share Jesus, the real reason for the Christmas season.

For those that were present, Fernando was able to share a gospel message, and pray a blessing over the food.  We noticed as Fernando spoke, there were listening ears, and even positive comments the next day.

We have been praying for their salvation for quite some time, and we use every opportunity we can to share Jesus.

God never imposes His will on anyone, and we should not either.  All of us have an open invitation to accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior, as the Son of Man who died for us so that we can have eternal life.  But the truth is, not everyone will accept Him,  just like our dinner invitation.

Were we sad that some members did not show up?  Yes, but not because of the food and family time they missed , but about missing out again on the gospel message.

Our desire is to share Christ, and we have to accept that not everyone will accept Him, or us.

So what comes next?  We continue doing what we are doing.  We don´t stop, and we let those that reject Christ move on, and  we  move on.

Blessings in Him.

Are you Trustworthy to God?

Matthew 25:21 “His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’(NKJ)

I have a feeling that in the not too distant future God is going to be pouring out His spirit and gifts upon the church in ways that we have not seen before.

Meditating on this, the Lord reminded me of the  verse above.   I then looked up the word faithful, and it literally means trustworthy, true.

We are quick to say that we put our trust in God, which is scriptural.  But have you ever stopped to think that God has to put His trust in us as well?    That alone should cause anyone to take a good look at themselves and ask the question, can God really trust me?

I had to do some soul searching on this one, as my desire is to serve Him and to show myself approved.  I also desire many things from the Lord.

We all know that  building  trust does not come overnight.  It is built with time, like a relationship.   As like any parent, we give our children certain tasks and responsibilities, and if they meet our expectation and find themselves to be responsible, we can give them bigger and better things.

God is no different.  He may begin with entrusting us with something that may seem small and insignificant in our sight, but God sees the big picture.  Once we complete what He has entrusted to us, be sure that the next assignment will be larger.

The word ruler in the verse quoted above  means that God will appoint you and ordain you.  But to arrive at that point, we must start out small.  It is up to us if we decide to stay small,  or move on to bigger and better things in the Lord.

Let´s move on to bigger and better things.   God has many gifts to shower upon us, and let us be ready to receive it.

Blessings in Him.

Calling Fire from Heaven

Calling Fire from Heaven

Calling Fire from Heaven

2 Kings 1:12 So Elijah answered and said to them, “If I am a man of God, let fire come down from heaven and consume you and your fifty men.” And the fire of God came down from heaven and consumed him and his fifty.(NKJ)

After many days of rain,  the  sun was finally shining and the weather was great . Being indoors for days, I was eager to get out of the house and  do some yard work.   I began to rake the leaves, pile them up and burn them later.    As I was soaking in the sun and piling the leaves, I noticed that the original spot where we would usually burn our foliage, the ground was no longer barren.   New grass was coming in.

I looked closer at the ground, and sure enough fresh blades of grass was growing.  The blades had pushed through the burned ground.   Once where there was fire, there is now new growth taking place.

How many times have we uttered the phrase, ¨Send your fire Lord!¨ But have you ever stopped to think that fire hurts?  Once we allow the Lord to ´Send His Fire´on our lives, pain begins to set in.  Like the leaves that were piled up  were of no use, we too have dead leaves in our lives that need burning.

Once the fire starts, we are then faced with challenges and sometimes a painful growth.  While the fire of God may hurt as the stripping begins to take place, there is always new growth underneath.  God never takes something away without replacing it with something better, we can be sure of that.

When was the last time you asked God to send His fire in your life, in your walk and in your ministry?    Perhaps you need some fire in you marriage or a realtionship with a son or daugher.  Let Him burn away the old, so that the new can come in fresh and strong.

Receive His Outpouring

Word received Dec 06, 08

My Spirit will begin to pour out among My chosen vessels, to those that have made themselves available to Me.

Great apostasy, a falling away is occurring, and my Spirit will come in like a flood, and I will raise my banner says the Lord.

Prepare to receive my Spirit in greater measure, in greater power. Prepare your hearts to receive my outpouring says the Lord.

Hope

By Chrissy Siggee

Psalm 31:24
Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the LORD.

Colossians 1:5
For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, whereof ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel; which has come to you.

Do you ever feel like giving up? Do your circumstances weigh you down? Being a Christian doesn’t mean life is going to be easy, or does it mean that nothing will go wrong. We all live in the same world as we did before our salvation, but now we have an overcomer, and a hope for better things to come.

To live in hope gives new meaning to all situations, and believing is the key to hope. Nothing is impossible with God. Nothing is too big. Even in your darkest hour, don’t give up hope. God is bigger than any of your struggles and he watches over you every moment of your lives. He will never leave you and will bring you into that place of restoration and healing. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and hang on to the hope you can have in him.

Father, teach me to trust you in every circumstance that threatens to engulf me. Help me to believe in a better tomorrow and the hope that you have to offer. Show me how to be strong in your Word and live in hope through the promises you have given to me. All of my ambitions, hopes and dreams, I give to you. Amen
